Built on the tenets of community and member-driven action ARQ is a collective that believes that resources are better shared.
Why Art?
We believe art is an essential part of a healthy society.
The arts matter because they represent the relevant wishes of local community. They help people to express their needs and to clothe them in memorable forms. They offer a way of expressing ideas that ordinarily would not be allowed. They can be the basis of healing, revolution, of immense catharsis, and joyous play.
In being undefinable in numbers-based economic usefulness, the Arts are frequently pushed to the back of the funding line, taken off the list as what is considered "valuable" to do with ones time.
Anywhere that neglects the arts short-changes its people.
At ARQ, we firmly believe the arts are what furthers the communication and growth of the collective human soul. We seek to foster a space where resources, education, and space are available
to all.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Currently, we have art meetups and a burgeoning resources library available to the community. In the future we hope to expand to be able to provide grants, digital resources, and physical space to our members.

The ARQ collective will always prioritize the voices of BIPOC and other marginalized peoples in our resources and activism. In order to respond to the needs of our communities (queer and beyond) it only makes sense that those that have historically been most f*cked over have the loudest voice in the room.
ARQ seeks to be rooted in the present, and cognizant of the past, for imagining a greater future.
If you don’t vibe with this, this is not the collective for you.
